The best thing about the running community is the incredible inspiration people that it seems to be fit to bursting with. Below is my series of interviews with some of those amazing people. If there is anyone you feel I should be featuring on here let me know in the comments.
Earlier this week I was fortunate enough to have a chat with the founder of trail running brand inov-8, Wayne Edy, and honestly I’ve never had my assumptions of a brand changed so much in a 24 hour period…
It is safe to say that Ellie Lacey is an inspiration. Before 2017 bulldozed its way into her life Ellie was fit, active and already an inspiration; cycling across Europe and setting up a charity marathon in Africa. But come […]
Lets put Adam Holland’s achievements out there right off the bat as they are mind boggling: He has won more marathons/ultra marathons than anyone else in the UK, running 344 marathons and winning 195. He has the world record for the youngest person to run 100 marathons at the age of just 23 and the fastest person to run 10 marathons in 10 days with an average time of 2 hours and 45 minutes. Thousands of people have climbed Everest, as little as three hundred people have run across America.
