At the start of 2015 I had no desire to run. I saw no point to it. By the end of that year I had set myself so many goals and seen how amazing running can be. Below are my aims and when I beat them, quickly followed by the next new goal. This page is a constant reminder to myself, and all of you, that anyone can achieve anything if they simply set their mind to it. If I can inspire one person to get off the couch all the sweating and achy muscles will be worth it. Do it, surprise yourself.
